Augusta Amb Llc - New Castle

I usually don't write reviews, but I feel like I had to help the next person. I had to change my room three times because the room was not cleaned had dirty leaves and smelled like mold or mildew. I would never stay here again in my life. The reception is rude and looks like an inconvenience because they have not cleaned the room. They do not mop the floors, all they do is sweep. The place is just evil. Please do not trust these good reviews. I was here. They don't even wash the leaves.

Check-in at about 7:30 on 17. June 2022 the externally speaking, unfriendly female desk holder had difficulty communicating effectively with us. We wanted a non-smoking room. We drove 10 hours from Massachusetts. We wanted to enter the building through a door that led us into a very dark staircase to the second floor. When we reached our room #215, the space above the hall was occupied by several loud people. Our room smells like cigarette smoke and marijuana. The marijuana came over the connecting door to the adjacent room in our room. We also found some ladies black slacks on the back of the bathroom door. At about 9:00, VERY, VERY LOUD MUSIC started playing. It was SO Loud that our room vibrated!! The music continues to play until 2:30!! We never slept this night. We checked at 6:35. The stranger, unfriendly, male desk helper didn't want to give me the welcome. He pretended he didn't know how to print a reception. I wait patiently until he gave me a reception. That was a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I hope never to stay in a Red Roof Inn again.

Rude staff, bare bone room, old linoleum floor, not enough pillows for a king bed, not enough towels for 2 people. Old indoor halls, very dimming looking and outside unkempt. I'd rather sleep in my car than rest my head in that red roof.

Management never responded to cancellation request due to COVID. I contacted the circuit breaker three times and every time I was promised a callback. Booking.com contacted her twice, again without answer. CONSTRUCTION

This place is terrible the Curtin was riped the tv broke and the man was a terrible person and it is haunted and the breakfast was so nasty the room smelled like weed and they was making alot of noise
