Applebee's Grill - New Castle

Came here with my family and we really enjoyed it! The waitress was very friendly, attentive and friendly. The food was great and the boneless wings were, in my opinion, the best appetizer. Everything would come back!

I'm gonna be honest about hating this place. But in the last few months, the Manger Khalid has made a big difference. He is in a new host, new waiters and waiters, each so respectful and calmly cool collective. Every time my family eats here, it makes Khalid a point to come say hello and make sure we are happy. Sonny is also a great waiter! The best of the best.

I ordered the three cheese pasta, but to my surprise, it had bacon in it and was missing the sauce (which has happened in previous visits as well). It took about ten minutes to flag down the waitress and ask for some extra Alfredo sauce. Ten minutes later, she finally brought a sauce, but it turned out to be bacon gravy instead of Alfredo sauce, which I only realized after pouring it on my food. We waited another ten minutes trying to get the waitress's attention before I decided to go to the bar and speak to someone. It turns out they used the bacon sauce as a substitute for the Alfredo sauce because they were out. While this is understandable, I wish they had mentioned it before I ordered, as I would not have ordered it in the first place. Overall, the experience was pretty bad. The waitress barely checked on us once during our meal, as she seemed preoccupied with someone who appeared to be her boyfriend. The rest of the staff also seemed unhelpful. I did not want to cause a scene, so we paid and left. I will definitely not be returning to this Applebee's in the future.

I visited this restaurant to try one of their limited-time exclusive menu items, the Cheetos Cosmo boneless wings. The customer service was fast and efficient.

I visited this restaurant with my family on our way back to Virginia from NYC and Philly. It was around 3PM and there were only two servers working, so we had to wait about 15-20 minutes.
