Bento Sushi - New Castle County

My husband and I got our usuals, General Tso’s and the Chicken Wok Creation. The breading on the General Tso’s was very thick and the sauce did not taste the same as pre-pandemic. The chicken in the wok creation had some tough, grissily pieces and the brown sauce lacked any flavor. We had eaten at LeShio with friends in November 2021 and experienced the same issue, however we thought it was just an off night. We live about 60 minutes from LeShio and shortly after returning home (this time) both my husband and myself were experiencing moderate to severe GI symptoms. The inside of the restaurant, although painted with a new mural, had food and drink stains on the walls and the baseboards were absolutely filthy. We will not be returning, although LeShio was our favorite since it opened and we would pass numerous Asian restaurants in our 60minute plus drive to eat there.

My mom I visited this establishment on 10/28/23 for lunch. We were warmly welcomed by the staff as we were brought to our table. Our server was a young gentleman who was pleasant professional. We started off with the cream cheese wontons which were crispy and flavorful, the best I've had in a long time. Now to our entrees, my mom had the pad thai, she loved it and I had the General Tso's Chicken extra spicy, it was prepared expertly and absolutely delicious. Both came with soup, we had Hot Sour, flavorful and nice spice. We both were happy with our experience. Will definitely return. Highly Recommended! Tell them Charlie sent ya!

Quick lunch stop. The calamari was good and crispy and the tartar tower was very good, just too much sauce. Service was quick and friendly.
