I really enjoyed this course. Good value for the experience. Challenging, but not punishing. It's not all driver off the tee, some holes require a little bit of strategy but it can pay off to hit an iron off a couple of the park 4's. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Sugar Isle Golf Country Club:
The course charges “real” course fees but does not live up to the price. My group had to change golf carts twice just to get one cart that would move. The greens are full of divots, no sand is provided making the tee boxes for every par three abominable, and the help is not accommodating to say the least. Save the hassle and go to Yankee Trace. This Course is always fun!... it was in very good shape today!
Course was in terrible condition. Fairways are almost like rough, greens have dirt patches, cart paths are in bad shape, overall, just not an enjoyable golf experience. Do not plan on going back

Big cures, big staff, they allow them to wear on their own beer! a challenging cure yet forgive! big greens big fairways!
Dreadful condition. played nine holes as threesome with 2 rides in an hour and a half and we can’t play together
