We thoroughly enjoyed our visit today, especially since the seating is limited. We had four carne asada street tacos, along with beans, ground beef, and a hard potato taco. Yes, a potato taco! All of them were excellent. I almost forgot to grab a homemade cupcake on the way out. We're definitely looking forward to going back! View all feedback.
What Kendra B doesn't like about Hector's Taco Shop:
The grilled chicken was decent. However, I wasn't a fan of the shredded beef burrito and the taco. I was expecting ground beef since that’s what I thought I ordered, but it didn’t turn out that way. My dad mentioned that the street carnitas were tasty. On a positive note, the white queso had a wonderful flavor. View all feedback.
Locally owned by a large family. Their food was fresh and they have the most authentic Mexican style food in the area. Tacos were unbeatable! I recommend, especially for Taco Tuesday!
I am a frequent patron of Hector's Taco shop. The service is great and the food is much better than taco bell or half of these other Mexican restaurants. It is simply a must try for those that like real Mexican but can find good options.
Finding that perfect taco is like finding a unicorn in the wild. Hi! My name is Hector, no not the owner, not the manager, nothing to do with this restaurant. But a fat guy in search of delicious eats. I've hit the 100,000 count on views and reviews. When I find something good, great I'll share it with the world. Welcome to Hector's tacos! Where The waitress Charlene M gives you great service and great suggestions. There is a salsa bar, where you may eat as much fresh salsa as you'd like while you're here. Blackberry, strawberry, mango, peach and regular ole lime. The south is finally coming to the north after many years. Embrace your inner taco and enjoy.
The food is great, staff are really nice and food comes out pretty quick. Love coming here.
4 regular crispy beef tacos with hot sauce. It's not your average mainstream Taco Bell or Condados Taco. These tacos were surprisingly simple, cheap, and definitely worth ten bucks. I honestly don't know why they are not booming with lines like Starbucks or Caines. A hidden gem you should at least try once. If you've never had as close to authentic tacos like this, then your pallet and expectations of true tacos is thoroughly diluted.
