What Chris doesn't like about Pizza Works:
Ordered a Flatbush calzone. Received basically Chinese food in a folded pizza crust. Breaded and fried chicken with just enough cheese to make saying it has cheese not be a lie. Onions maybe, but not sure because I couldn't see them. Then it's slathered in what appears to be sweet and sour souce. Absolute hot garbage, which is fitting because that's where it went. Jimmy and crew are amazing. Not only the best pizza in New Britain, but their Buffalo chicken tenders are the best in the state!!! Prices are fair and portions are amazing. Can’t wait to get back there!!!
Thin crust pizza, not overly priced, the right amount of tasty sauce, toppings and cooked just right was surprisingly satisfying and my boys enjoyed their New Years eve meal. We will definitely be back to try more items on the menu. Thank you!
