Sarpino's Pizzeria - New Brighton

I ordered Sarpinos through Uber Eats. The driver got there on time and they messed up the order. When the Oder finally arrived 35 minutes late, the cheese in my calzone was not only cold but it had never melted. It was as if they just put shredded cheese and never put it in the oven. I also ordered a tiramisu and it was rock solid frozen. Terrible food with terrible service. Never again.

The pepperoni pizza with the spicy ranch, is better than any other pizza that exists. And I don't even like ranch.

I love the buffalo chicken calzone. We ordered delivery and it came 20 min earlier than their estimation and everything was as we ordered it!

Didn’t ask for a super sloppy undercooked pizza with 50lbs of sauce on it but that’s what I got today. My orders are hit or miss lately. Update: Ordered a few pizzas after this. They were good pizzas. Then the 3rd orderUndercooked again. Never gonna order here again. Can’t be trusted to do something as simple as to make a pizza. So lame.

I called 2 times for a total of 47 minutes of wait g on hold starting at 914pm on Saturday. The first time I made it 20 minutes. The next call 27. At 1001. They came to the phone said deliver is closed and I hung up. Not sorry for the wait. Not hey you've been waiting. Just delivery closed at 10. Grrr. I called PIZZA MAN! They said yes delivery was closed, however, when she heard my hold story from Sarpinos they took my order and their driver personally is bringing me my pizza. I'm even a bit outside their zone. Hmmmm. Call Liz and Chad at Pizza man. They know how to take care of customers.
