The Red Oak Bakery - New Braunfels

A friend invited me to a meeting at this restaurant. The lemon dessert was phenomenal. I also tried the bread and it was amazing - I never would have guessed it was gluten-free. I will definitely return to try more dishes.

I didn't know that The Red Oak Bakery was gluten-free until I got there. I had only tried a few gluten-free desserts before and was never really impressed. However, the pastries and blueberry breakfast scone at this bakery were better than any others I had tried in recent memory. Although I'm not planning to switch to a gluten-free diet, I have become a believer and loyal customer of The Red Oak Bakery after just one bite.

This restaurant is a hidden gem. It feels like stepping into Chocolat's shop in real life, but instead of a chocolate shop, it's a bakery run by a woman named Ruby, not Vianne. Despite being gluten-free, I have always found delicious treats to bring home to friends. They never ask if it's gluten-free, but instead inquire about where they can find a bakery like this one. Thankfully, New Braunfels is not too far away and worth the journey from anywhere. The bakery offers delicious, beautiful, and thoughtfully made treats, with locally sourced ingredients when possible. They also accommodate custom orders and offer dairy-free options.

I love this place definitiw the best place in the city for gluten-free baked! they are always so friendly and I have never had anything I didn't like here. my favorites? the scones and the fast brot. safe!
