This location on 46 near HEB has been severely understaffed since 2020. The wait times are extremely long sometimes taking 45 mins or longer. The owner of this location is failing the staff by not having more people available to work. This use to be my number one spot but now I have to go with Chick-fil-A as the wait time is a faction of the time. Issues are fixable with the right leadership. View all feedback.
First time and only time here. Very rude workers who try and rush you to make a decision. 30 minute wait time.
Food was great. A definite top three sandwich I've ever eaten in this 45-year career as a human.
Tasted good but far too expensive for what you get.Also, WHY IS THE MUSIC SO DAMN LOUD! EVERYTIME LOUD AF! WHY!
So i came into Mcallisters new Braunfels for lunch and when i tell you the service was Amazing. it was AMAZING!! i didn’t catch her name but the lady (blonde was so sweet and patient taking our order. and not even five minutes after ordering we got our meal. the food is always immaculate and the best way to end the meal is with a cookie. so i go up to order one and she is super sweet and covers the cost of the cookie from the kindness of her heart! bless her!!
