Never give reviews but felt compelled...just was at the New Bethlehem, PA subway. Asked about buying a tray of subs. The young girl that waited on us was extremely offensive. It was obvious she was annoyed that I asked her to work. We left without the subs...no one in the building but us..too much to ask. Will not return. Want the manager to be aware of the rude customer service! View all feedback.
I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt the need to share my experience. I recently visited the Subway in New Bethlehem, PA, and when I inquired about purchasing a tray of subs, the young woman who assisted us was quite rude. It was clear that she was irritated by my request. Ultimately, we decided to leave without placing an order, even though the restaurant was empty. This level of service is unacceptable, and I won’t be returning. I hope the manager is informed about the poor customer service we encountered.
The bread you served appeared to be undercooked and definitely not toasted as we requested!
This is definitely the best and cleanest Subway I've ever visited!
