Jade Express New Bern

I’ve frequented here for years and this experience tonight has me rethinking ever coming back. The line was long which isn’t surprising because it often is, usually it moves fast so I wasn’t too worried but unfortunately the poor girl scooping the food was being constantly reprimanded by the manager who instead of manning the register let people’s food just sit in favor of trying to take over the girls job, so everything was made to wait a lot longer even though their food was ready, so I waited 20 minutes due to this, then when finally my food was made and I was about to check out the manager (I assume she’s a manager at least, she talked like she was) at the register yet again left it in favor of shouting at the poor girl who was trying to do her job and took over, it was a disgusting show of the people in charge there and made it so I had to wait 30 minutes total, idk if I’ll ever come back even though the food is delicious and cheap.

Went there yesterday and didn't realize until I check my bank statements and it say 53.74 but my total was $35.00 and don't remember the cents. SMH people check your bank statements before u leave there..don't appreciate they add extra money for themselves and u didn't know until the next day. Stop ripped people off. I call and no answer.

I love the food, the quality, quantity, and the price....nowhere else in town can you get Chinese food this good and this much at such good prices....oh, and nice folks tooFood: 5/5

Everything we have ordered from here is out of this world. None of the other restaurants of this type in New Bern compare IMO. 10 out of 10 I highly recommend this place.Food: 5/5
