What Deb Snyder doesn't like about Dunkin':
Munchkins have been stale the last three visits. Something has changed. I even asked this time before ordering and got a canned response. I won’t be back and I usually visit here three times a week. Bummer! View all feedback.

I'm starting this review off specifically about the one on Glenburnie. It can be hit or miss with getting your order correctly or wait times. Sometimes they forget to give you all of your items at the drive-thru window and you have to ask or circle around the building and go inside. Sometimes they seem very disorganized and I don't know if it's a lack of employees or a lack of structure. But somehow I keep going back because I like their frozen drinks ?
The food and beverages are great, but the staff could use some improvement, need more grown and mature employees that hear clearly on orders and not wild immature children

I've been here twice in the last few weeks, and I won't be returning. The person who took my order today seemed annoyed by the task. I waited 20 minutes only to receive the wrong latte (it was cold instead of hot and tasted so bad that I couldn't finish it) along with a small wrap. The staff appeared uninterested in serving customers and seemed quite disorganized. Next time, I'll choose Starbucks instead.
