What David Whitehouse doesn't like about The New Albanian Brewing Company Pizzeria Public House:
Server was extremely rude and disinterested. We almost got up and left before being served anything at all. Apparently you need to be in the local clique to garner any attention.Pizza was decent .Beer was quite unremarkable.I frequented this location many years ago while going to college. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. That is just not the case now. View all feedback.
Great service, food and beer selection. We had a large party and they accommodated us quickly. Angie was our waitress and was amazing.

This is hands down the best pizza in the Louisville area! The beers are delicious and the staff is great!
Old school well-worn pizza and beer spot. My server was excellent. Pizza was tasty. Vienna lager was very good. Will definitely be back
Our server forgot to put in our order and there were 2 tables seated after us that got their food probably 20 minutes after they ordered we waited an hour and a half to be seated (it’s Friday that was fine with us) but to be there for another hour and a half after we placed our order when all we got is 1 sandwich and a large pizza…. Saying they had to “fire it twice in the oven”…. Doesn’t seem right to us? We ask if our order was going to be ready soon and he covered his face(younger man wears glasses, has longer blond hair and was pulled back in a bun) and told the other server he didn’t ring in our food…. We tried speaking to the manager and she just walked away from us and didn’t try to listen at all…. Still charged us for extra toppings when there was hardly any on our pizza at all… said “thanks and come back again, we said we wouldn’t be back and we got back “well I know i figured that” as a response….We ordered the same thing our first time there and had a great experience this time it was just awful…. Definitely need some new servers or new management who cares about the rep of the business
