Fresco Tea - New Albany

Part of my self care days are stopping here to get a Tiger’s Milk Boba Tea. I stopped in today and they couldn’t make my favorite drink. As I was checking out the menu to try something new, the cashier went out of her way to call two other locations to see if they could make it. None of them could because the syrup is back-ordered. The manager told the employee to comp another drink and gave me a $10 gift card. So kind of them! Definitely brightened my day! ?

We ordered online and arrive when it said it would be ready. The atmosphere was gorgeous inside. However, they didn’t have the Orange creamsicle that I ordered (this was 10:45 in the morning, so it’s not like they sold out). My niece had the tiger stripe (but there were no stripes), my other niece got a cotton candy (it wasn’t blue like the picture, didn’t have cotton candy on top like the description, and didn’t taste like cotton candy at all). I ended up getting a blended chai that did not taste good at all, my wife got a tiramisu tea latte and said it wasn’t very good.We wouldn’t go back. The nice atmosphere doesn’t help the fact that the drinks themselves were subpar.

The boba milk tea was so good!! I love the atmosphere and the staff was so friendly! Carlee especially went out of her way to make our drinks amazing. Totally coming back!

SOPHIE WAS THE BEST. she took our orders efficiently and was the kindest person i’ve ever met!! We came up to her like 10 times to order something new and every time she had the most positive attitude. Someone give this girl a raise !

Sophie took our order and she was so nice!!! my Boba was delicious and the bacon egg bagel was SO GOOD !!
