Was told when I entered the store that they would be closing at 10:30 that evening so I got my movies and was about to check about at about 10:30. Then they told me that I didn't have an account which I didn't know I needed and that I needed a license from Bannock county and or mail for this all why the lady at the front was being extremely rude and disrespectful.
