Subway - Nevada

I had ordered two sandwiches and they messed up both of them. I don’t know who made it but they messed up my sauce really bad. On one sandwich half didn’t have sauce or was too little and the other half seemed to only have one type when I ordered three. The other sandwich I had ordered 4 sauce but only got a couple and it was little. The tomato’s were gross and I had ordered more lettuce but I only got a little.

First issue..only had white bread. Everything else was on a rack cooling. We wanted herb and cheese and wheat. I'm gluten sensitive so white upsets my stomach. Next, one wanted to make her own. She got teriyaki chicken then asked if she could get another meat, the girls answer was yes. Then she wanted double cheese and was told that would be extra. Ok, so .50 or 1.00? Then we got to the register and it was higher than expected, and the cashier said there was extra charge for the meat. What? She said extra for cheese but nothing about meat. We paid. Then when we got home the sandwiches did not seem toasted. Their ovens must not work. Overwhile it was not a pleasant experience.

The young man making the sandwiches was not very friendly, seemed to be mad or doesn't like his job.

This place is very back and forth whether it's actually a hood place to eat or not. Half the time I go in there are a couple teenagers working and don't actually care to pay attention to the customers. I had to repete myself 3 or 4 times multiple times and it still wasn't actually done correct. These kids that are working here are more worried about flirting with each other and talking about drinking and getting hung over than they are about actually serving the customers.
