Iguana Azul - Nevada
Iguana Azul
Description
Nestled in the heart of town, this restaurant presents a mixed culinary experience. While some diners rave about standout dishes like the taco salad and Chimi Bamba, others lament the lack of flavor and cold appetizers. Service quality has been a recurring concern, with complaints about inefficiency and unexpected charges on bills. However, some patrons suggest a pleasant atmosphere and reasonable prices might balance out the shortcomings. Despite inconsistency in food and service, the enthusiastic endorsements hint that several dishes are worth trying. Ultimately, potential diners may want to approach with tempered expectations.

It had been a while since we last dined at this restaurant, and this time it was just mediocre. While the experience wasn't bad, it also didn't stand out as exceptional. There was nothing particularly impressive that would make me want to travel from out of town for another meal there.
The food is fantastic, the service is excellent, and the prices are reasonable. This restaurant is very family-friendly, quickly offering booster seats and cups with lids without the need for requests. Additionally, the staff treats children with respect.
The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the staff is friendly and attentive, the prices are reasonable, and the food...wow...the Chimi Bamba was absolutely amazing!
Service: Dine-in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Atmosphere: 5/5 Recommended dishes include the Enchiladas Mexicanas, Chile Relleno and Tamales, Street Tacos, Taco Salad, and Fish Tacos. For vegetarians, I can somewhat recommend the options available, but I'm not entirely sure of the specifics.
