Standout sides include smoked BBQ beans and banana pudding; service is friendly and owner-present, with outdoor seating and an order window. Prices feel reasonable to many, though quality can be uneven—brisket and baked potatoes sometimes arrive dry and breakfast has been criticized for bland or cold dishes. Still, most diners plan to return to try more of the menu.

The food is incredible! This was our second time here, and it definitely won't be our last. My favorite is the jalapeno cheddar sausage.
My brisket was mostly dry and overcooked. There were a couple of small pieces that had some flavor, but I realize now that I should have mentioned that I prefer a bit of fat on my brisket. The sausage was decent.
Top-notch BBQ at a great price! I ordered a pulled pork sandwich plate that came with coleslaw and beans, while my wife chose the nacho cheese fries topped with chopped brisket. Everything was absolutely delicious!
First time here and the BBQ sundae is so good!! We definitely be back because I have to try the other items on menu. The price was very reasonable and customer service was excellent.
What an awesome find! Very easy to find, situated at an intersection, GPS got us right there without any odd recalculating or guesswork. Relaxing drive out there on a spacious highway.Fun outdoor eating. The food: holy cow it was ALL delicious! We were met at the order window by Mr. Jeff himself! Very friendly and patient with us being new to the menu.I don't want to single any one of the items out on the menu, because everything we ordered was excellent, however, the SMOKED BBQ BEANS and the BANANA PUDDING are probably the tastiest things you have ever put into your mouth!You might think you won't want to try the Banana Pudding or that you've had better, but you'd be wrong!Thanks Jeff!!!
