What Liane Phipps doesn't like about I Don't Care:
If you like eating what tastes like warm tap water, this is the place. You’d think this bowl would be full of flavor, right? Not at all. I had to pour Cholula sauce all over it to make it edible and ended up throwing away 3/4 of it. My husband got a chicken quesadilla and the chicken was so watery, it looked nasty. He had a puddle of water under the tortillas and it was so soggy. He threw his entire one away. The res... View all feedback.
The food here is decent, not the best but it's decent. The service is excellent and the atmosphere is satisfactory. I will definitely give it another try.
I had driven by this place a couple times and got tickled at the name of the restaurant. I thought to myself that someday I wanted to try out their food. Well, my husband and I traveled out of town and ended up in Nevada and I remembered seeing this little restaurant and so we decided to eat there. Absolutely fabulous! In case you haven't eaten there, you go in and pick what kind meal you want, for example, we selected loaded nachos. They give you this gigantic aluminum cake pan and they put a bunch of chips in the bottom and then you stand there and point at all of the items you want loaded up on the chips. Chicken or beef, all kinds of sauces, many different vegetables, also sour cream and guacamole. If you can't find something that you like to eat at this place and you do like Mexican food, then you're just really, really picky. It was like $9.50 per person and my husband and I ate so much. We could barely walk when we left the restaurant. Cozy little atmosphere type eating place. Get exactly what you want. You get the most food for the dollar. My husband travels for work and ate there 3 times the next week after we had our date night there. We will definitely be going back soon.

This place is in Nevada Missouri in the middle of nowhere and has some of the best mexican food you will find for hundreds of miles around. I grew up in sunny, Southern California. Currently, living in wichita, kansas It's really difficult to find authentic Mexican food. The food here was literally some of the best mexican food i've ever had since leaving california twenty two years Ago. The cook staff is from Jalisco. No choice but to be amazing food.
