We had a suite, it was cozy and well furnished. Since we booked half board, there was always a 4 course menu in the evening. I haven't eaten well for a long time. A super praise for the kitchen. The other staff is always friendly and friendly. The sauna area is also very nice and cozy. I can only recommend this hotel. Beverages: Super food, large beverage selection View all feedback.
We stayed 5 nights in this small but fine hotel. The location is excellent to make excursions (by car) to the sights of Saxon Switzerland. Our room was simple, but lightning clean. The nice lady at the reception showed us one of the new rooms as they will look after the renovation at the beginning of next year... modern and at the same time cozy. I have to get rid of a few more words for the staff. Everyone, whether in the morning at breakfast, dinner or at the reception, always seemed like he or she did his job with joy and heart blood. Small special requests were no problem at all. Breakfast was completely sufficient and varied. For dinner there were buffets in the first days, then menus, but with an absolutely sufficient selection of dishes. And it was always very tasty. The only small criticism would be that there are no light drinks on the map. If we go back to Saxon Switzerland, I am sure to book again at Parkhotel Neustadt.
Nice and quiet hotel, Centrally located. The room was cozy and clean. Friendly and accommodating staff. The selection for breakfast was extensive and there were numerous regional products. The restaurant is also recommended.

So I have to say I've rarely made such a nice holiday. The food was fantastic the staff dearly friendly and understand what of their craft. The Sahen rooms are also very pleasant and are more than sufficient. Smokers are also very well equipped on each floor there is a balcony with seating. The cleaning forces also make their work more than good. I would recommend this hotel to everyone! Secret tip: bay breakfast as well as dinner with it you can do nothing wrong! and the cocktails are also very well mixed;
Very cozy rooms. Everything clean as you would like. Staff very friendly you feel welcome top. Breakfast was excellent very wide choice. Access and parking facilities are simple and generally all very quiet and relaxed. Definitely recommended.
