No, no, no. Nice staff with Italian flair. Only the toilets I didn't find so beautiful. Faucet calculated, paper towel holder broken, a toilet defective, not all too clean. At the top of the restaurant everything is clean and beautiful.

We (my wife, our little son and I) were eating there with a voucher book today; at the food itself and at our female service was not much to complain, it took a little longer until the food came; when we wanted to pay with EC card, the service went to cash with the card; there she was so loud by the male employee that we told her if she was stupid to pay a voucher dinner with a card; it was insisted that we pay cash; to our courteous note that this is not the finest way to talk so in the presence of the guests and that normally also in the voucher note should be included in the payment method, we were informed before the other guests in an unsettled manner that the restaurant would make losses if one takes the voucher note; we have not received any comments, we have only been insulted; when, after a little walk in the place, we passed the restaurant outside again, the male voice sounded ironically from inside: Ah, there are again my new regular guests... ; then you ask yourself if you can take up the voucher booklet to advertise new guests, what if you treat them like this; without a voucher booklet, we would never have been aware of this restaurant, would have accepted the not straight short way from Krefeld; it was the last time!!!
