We cane to the area to visit HÖLLGROTTEN CAVES and we saw this lovely magical resturant. It is located in an amazing 150 old house! The food was great and service was so friendly and homey! View all feedback.

Our order was taken only 20 minutes after we were seated, half of the menu was not available at 2pm as Today is Sunday, we are closed tomorrow . We were warned that kitchen is a bit slow only when drinks we served. A bit slow turned to be over an hour wait for food. If you want to eat without being in the cloud of cigarette smoke, sit inside. Extreme amount of flies both inside and outside. Surely won 't be back. View all feedback.
This nice restaurant in the middle of nature offers a small, but excellent, selection of dishes. Local products for local recipes, great combination for a nice meal out.
Was pleasantly surprised by the Roesti (the ancestor of hashbrowns) at this restaurant, it was crispy and delicious. We finished off the Roesti with a Kirshtorte (cherry liquor cake) and that was excellent too. Highly recommended after a hike or a visit to the Baar caves.
Pretty cave to visit in two stages. Self-guided tour with information signs in English and German.
One of the most beautiful and interesting caves I’ve been to. There are 2 sections, both are beautiful, there’s even an underground lake and gorge. Such an amazing experience. Don’t miss it, when you’re around
Pretty little grotto, I had imagined it to be a little bigger, but what you see is wonderful. There are 2 cave sections. There is sufficient parking space. To get to the entrance to the cave, however, you have to climb a small mountain . Drinks, ice cream and souvenirs are available at the ticket booth downstairs. Definitely worth a visit!
