What Dorit Lauer dislikes about Dönermann:
Were very unfriendly at our order and then have calculated and spent something wrong, you say extra Veggie Falafel Dürüm and gets as a vegetarian as a meaty sausage, you are looking forward to it...Then when you call, I should go back there during the working hours and then you get the right food. However, the difference of 4 euros is not refunded. Not customer-oriented at all. I'm not going there anymore. View all feedback.

I'd have got five stars before. Prices and food were good. The food is still good. Unfortunately, prices have risen sharply and the shares have become much smaller. Besides, it happens more often when you order something missing or something else comes. Especially annoying the last order where a diner plate with pommes and Mayo for approx. You also paid 10€. There was a Dönerbox and there was no Mayo on the Pommes. Value approx. half
It has very well tasted, inexpensive and recommended at most. Waiting time is fast.
I paid for that. Never waste again...
