This is the worst Wawa I've ever been to, and it reflects poorly on the entire chain. We waited 45 minutes for just three sandwiches. While we understand it can get busy, we had to ask for a refund after discovering they were inventing orders and handing them out to random customers who had just ordered, resulting in incorrect deliveries. There was no apology offered. On a positive note, there was one hardworking young employee who seemed new.
I visited Wawa and was told by the woman at the register that the card machines were down. Since I didn’t have cash, I wanted to pay by card. The cashier rudely insisted that I had to pay with cash. I had already ordered, so I reluctantly used the ATM and was charged a fee by my bank. When I returned, the register was working fine. I believe I should have been reimbursed for the ATM fee on principle. Both the manager and the cashier were very rude, making it seem like I wasn’t the one who was inconvenienced. I’m not concerned about the ATM fee itself, but the customer service was very poor.
I had a tough time trying to use my app, but Messiah went out of his way to help me. He assisted not only me but also all the cars waiting for fuel. Although I never got the app to work, I truly appreciate Messiah’s effort and support. Thank you, guys!
Come in overnight for coffee, coffee is like mud 80% of the time. Undrinkable and they don?t even offer to make a new pot. Girl at register is super unfriendly and rude.
I love wawa?s so much that I use them exclusively in Florida and when I do see them in other states but I never in my life expected this to happen, I go inside to get fuel but they put fuel in before you go inside which is unique to nj and I hate thissystem but whatever it?s everywhere here that they want some guy to put the gas in for you anyway I use tap pay for $10 of gasand for a bagel and the guy says it?s gone through and I walk out to my car for the guy outside to come aggressively at mesaying I did not pay which in my mind I did because of the inside cashier saying I?m good to go but here?s where it gets betterhe starts threatening me and I was trying to load up my Wells Fargo app to show it?s paid but by this time he?s contactingsomeone saying I am refusing to pay for fuel and still threatening me after the call anywho a nice lady came out and I see in mybank the transaction did not go through and the cashier inside made the mistake of telling it went through but the cashierinside is not to blame it?s the African American outside who instead of letting me speak threaten me and being aggressivetowards me when I was trying to clear this all thing up but because of one guy I will never see Wawa in the same way again. Iam not a criminal and even told the lady the bagel did not go through even though she thought it did, I could of left with afree bagel but I didn?t. I hope they have cameras and this guy is fired, he?s a disgrace and imitating. I hate this wawa
