Smashburger - NEPTUNE

The burgers reminded me of Five Guys, though they had their own unique twist that I can't quite put my finger on. Overall, I found the burgers to be better than those at McDonald's or Burger King. The fries were reminiscent of Wendy's: cut small, not overly crispy, yet not too soft either. The service was good—definitely quick—but felt a bit unprofessional at times. One person at my table tried the grilled chicken sandwich and couldn't finish it, claiming it was terrible. I thought it was decent, though nothing to write home about. I wouldn't hesitate to return, but I'm not sure if I would go out of my way for it, especially with Five Guys just around the corner.

I really enjoyed the food at Smashburger. The staff made my first order a breeze. The food was served quickly and was hot, and I particularly loved the sweet potato fries!

Incredible sauces! Don't get me wrong—the burgers here are fantastic. However, it's the sauces that truly set them apart. As a barbecue sauce enthusiast, I can confidently say these sauces are exceptional. They have a unique smoky flavor that makes them my favorite BBQ sauce. Additionally, the Smash Sauce is excellent too. I appreciate how they introduce a special burger every few months, which keeps things exciting!

Very good classic bacon double burger with sweet potato fries.

Great food, great customer service. Fantastic amount of calories! My son insisted we go to Smash burger , a 20 minute drive, then tried to order a grilled cheese sandwich. Praise the lord, it wasn't on the mobile menu! He enjoyed his Smashburger!
