The coffee is outstanding, and the service is quick! You can easily place your order and pay ahead of time.
I had never experimented with frozen coffee or bagels before, but my experience with customer service was disappointing. I felt there was a noticeable lack of respect for customers.
I've consistently encountered problems with my orders at this restaurant. The bacon is always burnt, and my bagel is either overcooked to the point of being too crispy or under-toasted, leaving it soggy from the butter.
The young woman at the counter is truly wonderful. The service is always prompt.
Attention to potential customers: if you decide to order the bacon and cheese wrap for breakfast, please note that it does not include egg, and they charge $5.35 for just two! I reached out to speak with the manager, who informed me that this is their standard preparation before suddenly hanging up on me. The service was quite rude!
