I couldn't help but notice that the preparation area was quite messy, with stains and crumbs everywhere. Unfortunately, my food was disappointing as well; the muffin was barely toasted and ended up mushy, while the jelly donut looked like it had been made the day before – it had a sweaty appearance and didn’t look appetizing, so I chose not to eat it at all. I'm planning to go back to ask for a refund.

I've seen previous reviews mentioning the rude and sarcastic attitudes of the staff, and it's disappointing to experience it firsthand. I've visited this location about five times, and four out of those five visits have involved unhelpful attitudes.

The service was very slow. I saw three people enter and leave while I was still waiting for my coffee.

For exampl... read more This Dunkin' location is badly managed. The store often stays closed long after its 5 AM opening time, sometimes not unlocking until well after 7 AM. For example, one Saturday at 7:45 AM, the doors were still locked, and only the drive-thru was open. When I used the drive-thru, I was told they had just opened ten minutes earlier and only had donuts and coffee available—no other menu items. It's typical to see just one employee working in the mornings. I recommend visiting a different location farther away for quicker service and a full menu.

This has happened more than once! We visit every morning for our coffee, but considering Wawa's cheaper prices and great espresso, we might have to switch. Dunkin's menu needs to offer more consistent service.
