Ihop - Neptune Twp

The waitress was very polite and had a good attitude. When we got our food the chicken on our waffles was not cooked properly as it was hard and tough to cut. When we asked the waitress to bring it back the chief/“owner”comes out saying he did cook it all the way and will not be brining it back. And still charged us for the chicken. Side note one piece of chicken had a cut in it to see if it was cooked all the way

Went in with my family, only one server/host which was fine because they were not busy at all only 1 other group there. He wore gloves the entire time to touch and do all of his jobs, did not see him change them a single time. Took our order and forgot to ask somethings came back asked than forgot another and just shouted across the room his question. Was missing plates of food. My waffles were room temp when they hit my table. Sticky table,big wet spot in the middle that he placed straws on top of, syrup all over the syrup rack. Just gross. The only good thing I can say was the server was very nice but didn't even know the menu.... will certainly not be returning there.

We went to IHOP to have dinner. When we got there around 6:30 pm the restaurant was not very busy. There were 3 other tables occupied, including ours. We were surprised to find only one server working that night, a male server whom I'd say was about 20 years old, and when we asked him why he was the only one working, he said that the others called in sick that evening. We ordered our appetizers and main course, and although there was only one server, the service was quick, excellent, and very professional. The food was delicious, and the server was attentive to our requests. We enjoyed a great dinner, left the server a huge tip, and thanked him for his excellent service. It was an enjoyable time, and we would recommend this restaurant, and we'll certainly returnto this IHOP.Parking: This IHOP is part of a large strip mall with plenty of parking close to the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: The children we saw dining there that night were seated in appropriate chairs and seemed comfortable and happy eating there.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance to the restaurant, as well as dining tables, were very accessible to people using wheelchairs.

Service horrible the food was all cold the butter was so cold it could not melt on the pancakes food portions very smallAlso it was my husband's birthday and they didn't honor it was his birthday and I got the email for doing the rewards program never

Got the oreo waffle and chicken tenders, was a let down. Waffle wasn't great and the chicken tenders weren't crispy, the meat was chewy. Fries came out almost cold. Someone else in my party ordered a rare steak and eggs and the steak came out shoe leather Grey, the server said oh that's not rare?I always choose dennys over ihop when I have the choice.Parking: Plenty of parking, in a shopping center
