Even though the food and service at Shoney's of Neosho are excellent, the summer weather seems to be a challenge for the restaurant. The place can't seem to cool down, as evidenced by the overheated servers. It would be advisable for them to invest in a better working environment for the staff. The restaurant struggles to combat the heat, as evidenced by the overheated servers. It would be wise for them to invest in a functioning air conditioning system. My advice for patrons is to be prepared for constant refills and drink plenty of water to stay cool.
