I get a call during the fune... read more My uncle passed away and I ordered flowers to be delivered two days before the funeral for the funeral. It was a peace lily in 10 . I get a call during the funeral services from the saying they didn 't have the peace lily in the size I ordered (so it 's not like they even had to do any arranging, they just had a plant on the shelf or not and didn 't bother to look until DURING THE FUNERAL). They then offer to give me a discount and a different plant. I tell them I don 't want a different plant. I don 't want a discount. There is a funeral that is wrapping up and that is not helping so I want a refund. I have to get rerouted and again tell them this. Not once, not twice, not three times, but seven times they tell me they are just double checking something only to then offer me a discount coupon, a different plan, offer to deliver it later today or tomorrow, and offer to call the family apologizing. I tell them yet again I don 't want any of that. I point out a funeral is in process where people are mourning the death of a loved one and they are proposing to walk in there with a plant saying oh sorry we are late but here is 30% off and a 6 inch plant. They tell me they will work ok my refund and I sit there for about a minute while she supposedly is and then she hangs up on me. I also very much question if this place even exists in Kansas let alone the US or is a legal establishment to be perfecfly honest. Save your money and use 1800flowers or anything but thism

I feel like it was really clear we were customers and it was unnecessary to say. The other Amish looking employee looked at us like we were aliens and was hesitant to tell us where to go.
