I walked in and placed an order for some platters, requesting them to be ready by 11 AM. I arrived early but ended up waiting because they didn't start preparing my order until 11. After that, they had to handle the lunch rush. I've learned my lesson: if I want my sandwiches on time for lunch, I should tell them to prepare the order an hour earlier.
