Actually we ended up in a good variety of belgium beers. As we ended up for dinner also an Irish stew was the perfect idea to balance out our afternoon snack. Great day!

We had many... read more The Edelweiss is a fantastic place to have lunch or an early apres ski!! The setting is perfect as its right opposite the entrance to the ski lift! We had many a good afternoon sitting outside in the terrace having a cold one watching the world go by. The restaurant itself is superb, its very smart but with a cosy feel to it. The quality of the food is way above what you'd expect from a boutique hotel, particular favourites include the excellent salads and the range of freshly made soups and the deserts are magnifique. A must for anyone staying in Nendaz and looking for a great place to hang out or find a ****** good lunch.

For vegetarians I can recomme... read more I visited Edelweiss a month back and had a great time. The location is just amazing as it gives you immediate access to the lifts. For vegetarians I can recommend the Gandhi’s choice. Apart from that we had a raclette night which was truly amazing. Thank you Filip and Sarah for the great hospitality!

The staff are lovely and friendly and will give you a warm welcome with a great selection of food and drink on the menu. A live band often plays outside, so you'll always find a friendly, lively atmosphere at the Edelweiss the perfect end to the day after a great day of skiing in the 4 Vallees!

Fondue was pretty bland and disappointing. We would recommend trying other menu items.
