The food itself was medio... read more When our food arrived, my order was incorrect. They included items I specifically asked to be left off and omitted others I requested. The food itself was mediocre—nothing special, so it shouldn't have been messed up in the first place. They even charged extra for condiments. Another table, the only other customers in the restaurant, also had their order mixed up. The waitress confused their drinks and got their order wrong too. When we left, I chose not to tip due to the lack of professionalism and effort. The waitress took offense and confronted me about the tip as we were leaving, being extremely rude and saying inappropriate things in front of my wife and child. Overall, it was a poor and unprofessional experience, and we definitely won't be returning. I will also advise others to avoid this place. To Ryan, I want to clarify that I did describe our experience honestly. We waited to be seated and had to enlist the help of hotel staff to locate our waitress. She told us to sit at a particular table when she finally seated us, because we requested a window view. Before accusing me of lying, you should have the full details. I won’t be returning to this restaurant again, and I believe reviews help customers share their experiences, which is what I did.
