This coffee shop was clean and bright inside. Staff was nice. We ordered two cold brews, the breakfast sandwich, and banana bread. The cold brews were kinda weak, probably 6/10. The breakfast sandwich was TINY, should be illegal to have a sandwich taste that good but be that small. The flavor was 10/10, even with no meat. But it was tiny, which left me wanting 2-3 more. What A Willmott doesn't like about John Ward Fine Coffee:
The positive: the font chosen for the sign was nice.The negatives: there was an overpowering odour of stale coffee emanating. Should have aborted there but didn’t. Latte was was over-extracted, strong to the point that any flavour was obliterated, and the milk over steamed. As with the Oso Negro the coffee was recycled into a planter. View all feedback.

Great coffee and friendly staff. Nice place to just chill out and chat with friends.
Coffee and snacks on our way back to Kelowna. Many items made in house and both the drinks and the food were excellent. Price points were decent
Always friendly service and a perfect shot everytime. My favourite coffee in Nelson and the scones are great too!
