river kitchen is temporarily located in the building renovation paper, so it looks a little different/clothed. the hotel is located next to a practical public parking, but views of the river. excellent service friendly staff. eating is excellent. we had breakfast there. Today our service was lackluster, laboured and appeared like she couldn't be bothered. Obviously the head chef was on their day off as food wasn't much better. One month ago I gave a five star, service was bright and enthusiastic and quick, the food was delicious, everything was great. What happened? View all feedback.
Popped in for brunch the first day of our holiday, great service very quick and friendly. Meals were generous in portion and packed full of flavour. I had the Eggs Benedict and hubby had the chicken waffles with hot sauce which he declared the best breakfast he has ever had. Highly recommend.

The food was excellent, the coffee was excellent, and the location was excellent. The only downside was the service, which was good but not as outstanding as the other aspects of the restaurant.
I absolutely love this cafe! In fact, we decided to have our wedding reception here recently and it was the perfect venue. The food was amazing and all of our guests couldn't stop raving about it.
I love this restaurant! It never disappoints. The service is always great and the food is amazing. Thank you RK team.
