The meal was just the right portion size, and there was a great variety of flavors to choose from. The staff was friendly and attentive. The restaurant is located conveniently between several places and is situated directly across from a field with cows. I'm not sure how well-known it is, as it wasn't very busy during my visit. Finally someone who knows how to cook! The steak was well rested and melted like ice cream in my mouth. The pork belly was soft and tender with just the right amount of crispy crackling. A very rare find to have meat cooked so well in a New Zealand restaurant. A greater selection of drinks would make this the place to die for.
