Best quality in comparison to the trips of barbaresco and barolo. the same level of star artrots better known. the list of weines is deeply and very well made,... read more Best quality in comparison to the trips of barbaresco and barolo. the same level of star artrots better known. the list of weines is deeply and very well made, both for expert and for beginners, also here the prices are fair and correct. the service. is warm and beautiful, they always get a smile back even if they are on the eil. the owner is nice and does not deserve to answer and help them for any decision (not simply if everything is so interesting). it was a pleasure to find the same prices before and after the COVID conclusion: respect.

We were recommended this restaurant by a winzer a few years ago. it was good then, this time it was excellent. we had one of these glooming lunches, three cours... read more We were recommended this restaurant by a winzer a few years ago. it was good then, this time it was excellent. we had one of these glooming lunches, three courses and even shared a bottle of wein at midday – everything was...so perfection. the only small problem (an unpleasant waiter who received us) took care of the head waiter (owner) and made us feel welcome. eating was so good, and they weep. the wine list is in the regals, follow the waiter and show what they want to drink. we had a barbarablesco (natural) from a small weingut in the village – perfect!

They gave it to the human error, and we didn't pay for her lunch. but still.

L’Aromatorio is a modern restaurant serving Piemontese cuisine that stands out for its food quality and its amazing local wine list (at very attractive prices for we Yanks). The tasting menu is a great...way to try the range of dishes for the area. Also, take full advantage of the sommelier’s knowledge of local wines — we found a stunning barbers for a great price that made the meal really special. I highly recommend.
