Was Janna Heard (Janna Heard Real E at Bunkhouse a mag?
I enjoyed being a visitor and seeing the local comrade. Fun and energetic atmosphere. Service was friendly and apologetic for the busy time we were there. Some reviews I read criticize the local vibe. I enjoyed service as a visitor and did not feel like it affected anything. Prices were equal for the food quality and quantity. Quality of food was above dinner and portions were that standard double size USA folks are... View all feedback.

What Bryan Parker dislikes about Bunkhouse:
Servers were friendly. Food was definitely overpriced. I ordered the Biscuits and gravy combo for breakfast. Came with a tiny biscuit, 2 pieces of bacon, and two scrambled overcooked eggs. All for $16.50. Didn’t even finish my food because there was a hair on my biscuits with gravy. My best friend also had a hair on her biscuits and gravy. Definitely overrated. Will never go again. $77 for three people to eat breakfa... View all feedback.

Nice little roadside diner. Small, but comfortable. The service was excellent, and the food was pretty good, except for the pan-fried oysters. Servings were large and prices reasonable considering the coastal location. Homemade pie for dessert was really good.

Fun little motel eatery that serves good old fashioned beach eats. Enjoy the simple coastal country vibes with a friendly staff and quick service. Had the fried clams and they were great.

This place is a true gem among today’s fancy accommodations and modern facilities. Very eclectic setting along the highway with ultra clean motel style cabins behind it. Something out of an old small town movie. The restaurant: Family ran by a gentleman and his wife that cook and provide homemade food, pies soups, and sauces. You name it! Alcoholic beverages are served as well. The food is absolutely amazing as it’s mostly all cooked by Gabriel the owner. He has worked in the restaurant business for many years and has previously put many on the map for sought after places to eat. Most everything on the menu is hand crafted and delicious. The restaurant offers an overwhelming selection of menu items that surely provides anyone a satisfying meal of taste and comfort. Sometimes people traveling in the area need or expect a special foo-foo and or an atmosphere of extraordinary setting to enhance their moments. This is not that place. The Bunkhouse restaurant is very rustic, yet clean and eclectic to old wayside diner charm. If you need fancy or are expecting high end dining atmosphere, just keep driving. Food wise, I find this place amazing because of its character and great tasting food and expansive menu items. I have reviewed many places and restaurants across the Country including 243 in Oregon alone over the years. In my opinion and without being a true Chef, places like the Bunkhouse restaurant are the ‘must see, ‘must eat at kind of places. Hopefully you will enjoy it as well! Don Parking: Easily accessed off Highway 101. Kid-friendliness: Very much a family atmosphere. Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp available Room around table areas is provided.
