We always buy a lot of wine each time we visit Vinia 800 and love everything about this place. This night thursday 10/9 was the service VERY bad. And the food tasted not so much either but that was not the main reason this not was a good experience this time it was the service. The service was extremly bad, not friendly waiters, the table we had booked outside was inside ? , the food came before the wine every serving , empty glasses all the time and my husband not the waiter served us the wine and water during the WHOLE dinner, we had to ask to get the wine for the secondi, the cuttlery was in a stressed way thrown at the table in front of us and old used glasses and plates was still on the table when the new dishes was served. Olive oil and bread plates came to the table AFTER the second dish when the bread already was taken away from the table? This was a extremly bad experience and I am so sorry to say that. Even though this experience we bought 21 boxes of wine because the wine is very good But we dont come back for the food or service anymore.

This is a truly great example of Italian fine dining where wonderful food and wine are elevated by the loveliness of the staff, they are a fun chat and very attentive.
