I ordered a sub for my partner, but the worker completely forgot a key ingredient. We requested an Italian BMT with salami and pepperoni, but there was no ham as it should have had. We also asked for light mayo, but instead, it was slathered on with way too much—almost a half bottle of banana peppers was piled on, which is enough for two more footlong sandwiches! I have always enjoyed great service and excellent meals here. We really appreciate that the owner personally comes in to work and greet us!
Awful experience. I went in for takeout, and half of the employees weren't even wearing masks.
