Currently, there's a promotion where you can buy two footlongs for $5 each. I called this location, as well as the one on Commercial Street, to inform them that their online ordering system wasn't working for me. pickup for 11:10 clock on 12 22. we ordered 3 subs and 2 bag chips. somehow, they have made every article of the order wrong. the brot on 1 piece we ordered we wheat and it came on flat brot, false torf on the 2nd part and false torf and no cheese on the 3rd part and I paid for EXTRA cheese on this. oh yes, and they did not give us any chips. I guess you should've checked the job before you're gone. but I don't think... View all feedback.
The metro is clean, and the customer service is excellent. It's conveniently located. However, I'm not a fan of the new subway point system for free or discounted subs. While these locations aren't going out of business, the recent changes mean you now need to spend $40 to save just $2 on your next sub.

The place is consistently messy and unkind. I ordered soup with my meal, and it was barely half full! I'm very disappointed every time I visit.
This place has messed my order up multiple times and not only that but they are very unsanitary. I was told the medium cups are the same size as the large cups because the guy didn’t wanna tell me to my face that they were out of large cups when I heard him yell it in the back that they were out. Not only that but I was watching them make my sandwich and they had the nerve to put my turkey down on the counter then put it back onto my sandwich. I watched them take the meatball marinara sauce and spill it and try scooping it back up with the scooper and finished making a sandwich. They are very disgusting and not worth it. If I were you I would recommend a different location.
I went through the drive thru at 7:15 p.m. store is open until 8:00. Requested two foot long meatball subs. Sandwich artist on the other end of the drive through line told me that the meatballs had already been put away for the night. I then confirmed that they were open until 8:00 and asked again for clarification. He confirmed that even though they were open until 8:00 he was unwilling to get the meatballs out to make subs. I sarcastically thanked him first time and headed over to another Subway located on West American drive also in Neenah. Here I was met with exceptional customer service and professionalism. No argument in providing me exactly what I wanted for the four subs that I ordered. This young lady was understaffed and overworked but you wouldn't know it. She was delightful and appreciative of my business. 30 later I was happy with my purchase and we'll make sure to be a patron at this location. My disappointment is even greater because during the pandemic, specifically January 2021, I ordered online at the Subway location on Green Bay road. At that time I also ordered two foot long meatball subs. Order went through online and then received a phone call telling me that they were out of meatballs and could not complete my order. When I asked for a refund of my order, I was told that they couldn't do that through an online purchase and that they would write it down in their log book of the four subs I had purchased and I would be able to receive that value at a later time. Probably 3 weeks later I went to that location and requested that the credit used and apply to the subs I was ordering. I even asked to speak to the manager, Landon, who had confirmed for me earlier that my credit would be there on file. Landon was out. All I received was a verbal confirmation from the attendant at the window that there was no record of my online transaction or my credit. Also, no effort to assist me or have someone get in touch with me. How is it possible that two Subway locations in the same city can offer such different experiences? Thank you to the young lady at the American Drive location for providing outstanding customer service. You'll go far professionally!
