Pizza Hut - Neenah

I would not recommend ordering from here. I had to place my same order twice because they gave the first one to someone else, and everything I received was incorrect. My second pizza arrived with no sauce, even though I definitely did not order it that way. I won’t be ordering again.

Given the challenges in the current workforce, this restaurant did an excellent job of keeping me updated on the status of my order. When my delivery arrived, the employee sincerely apologized for the wait, and it seemed like he had been dealing with some not-so-kind customers. It’s important for people to remember that patience is necessary during these unusual times. Thank you for the outstanding service; we truly appreciated it. Keep up the great work!

The service was quick and the staff were friendly. The pizza both looked and tasted fantastic. Well done to the team!

We ordered arge filled crust pizza with extra sauce and three orders of wings. the waiting period on Saturday may be 30 minutes. this time we had a waiting time of 110 minutes. After 70 minutes I cleaned and they told me it was done. 30 minutes later the food arrived. the pizza was barely warm and had almost no sauce, despite payg for extra. hjwdt. o5a

In the hotel lobby 45 minutes after the specified delivery time. most of our group had to go so that about half the pizza was eaten. we ordered three. Tenteen minutes late is understandable, but that was so bad!
