Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

I don’t often write reviews, but I felt I had to this time. I tried calling the store, but my calls just kept ringing. I want to start by acknowledging that I understand many businesses are facing staffing shortages, but should that affect the quality of the food? For years, Papa Murphy's has been our favorite pizza place. However, when my husband brought home our pizza yesterday, I noticed something was off even before I took the plastic off. It seemed like whoever made the crust was either in a hurry or didn’t know what they were doing. We ordered the original crust, but parts of it looked more like a thin crust. In fact, in some areas, there were no edges at all. The overall consistency of the pizza was strange; it didn’t slice well and stuck to the cardboard. I noticed someone else had a similar complaint right before mine. I’m not sure what’s happening, but I hope they can fix it.

I visited Papa Murphy's today to order a Chicago-style pizza, and unfortunately, it was not made correctly. Instead of being firm, it was wobbly. They tried to make another one, but the staff member I spoke to seemed frustrated, and I felt like I wasn't being understood when I mentioned I didn't want onions. The attitude I encountered was off-putting, and I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon. It's disappointing because I really wanted to enjoy my meal, but it just didn’t work out.

"Quickly take and bake, and I'm out the door! This place is definitely a lifesaver for me, at least two or three times a month, if not more!"

The pizza was really delicious, and the staff were incredibly helpful!

Just avoid the overpriced crustless pizza. Everything else is wonderful!
