Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with both the service and the food. The service was slow and inconsistent, with the waiter taking over 10 minutes to attend to us after being seated. The hostess was also unfriendly and did not greet us upon arrival. The food took a long time to arrive at our table, and when it did, we found the quantity and quality to be lacking. The dishes all had a similar taste and were not spicy at all. We ordered Achari chicken tikka and Karahi chicken, but both dishes tasted almost identical, as if they were prepared using the same spices. The Achari chicken lacked the traditional Achari flavors. Overall, our experience at Masala Art was disappointing, and we would not recommend it unless you are willing to waste your money.
