As a New Yorker who has been living in Wisconsin for many years, I seize every chance I get to enjoy authentic New York-style pizza. This charming little takeout spot had a genuine mom-and-pop feel, with the owners working in the back. The crust was perfection, with just the right balance of sauce and cheese. The salad was fresh, too. Best of all, I got my order in less than 15 minutes. If you're longing for thin-crust NY-style pizza, give this place a try!

However, my friend and I recently visited while working in the area, and the food has really declined. The chicken parmesan was tasteless and rubbery, and for a bag of chips, a large chicken parm, and a 16 oz soda, the total was nearly $22. My friend ordered a couple of slices of pizza, which set him back almost $32. In my opinion, it's no longer worth it.

When I ordered my food, the employee handed me the wrap but insisted on holding onto it until I showed him the receipt. This behavior was both impolite and unprofessional. As a regular customer who visits your restaurant daily and always leaves a tip, I was quite taken aback by this interaction.
