The sushi quality was outstanding. The grilled chicken was slightly dry, but it was still good overall. Even though we didn't have Hibachi this time, I definitely want to try it next time! View all feedback.
What Seyda C doesn't like about Fuji:
While the food was tasty, the sliced tuna in the tekka don was very thin and spread too evenly over the sushi rice. It reminded me more of the thin slices used in hot pot dishes rather than proper sushi. Unfortunately, there was more rice than tuna on my plate, which was disappointing, especially considering the dish cost $31. For that price, I could easily buy a larger block of sushi-grade tuna at Wegmans.

As for the chicken wings, they were decent and satisfying, but they lacked spiciness despite being sprinkled with some kind of chili powder. Given the high cost and the size of the tuna cuts, I'm unsure if I'll return. It doesn't seem worth it.
The restaurant features charming private booths that can accommodate up to 10 people, which is perfect for families. The kids really enjoyed the koi pond! Overall, I would rate the food a perfect 5, the service 5, and the atmosphere 5 as well.
Very bad service. We visited on a holiday. The waitress, without allowing us to finish our food, ran away from the plates. Instead of pork, she brought chicken and convinced me that it was pork. We ordered food home, when it arrived it turned out that two dishes were missing. When they called them, they accused my husband that he must have eaten these dishes, which is why they are not there. Disgusting service. Only the chef can be given 5 stars.
Good food but the staff made a rude comment about us not giving enough tip thinking we couldn’t understand them. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Scallops and Chicken, Sushi, Fried Rice
