I don't know where to start with this review. Firstly, the website had a picture of an item with a price below it, but I was informed that the actual price was $30-40 more than what was shown. Secondly, the staff did not ask for my email to send a confirmation, so I had to call the next day to provide it. Even after giving my email, I still did not receive a confirmation of my delivery. Cookies created by design beautiful, delicious and custom logo cookies for our company in a short time. they were very easy to work, great communication, and the product was very popular with our customers. I would do this for personal or business these cookies are great!
This company/location is OUTSTANDING! I'm located in Chicago and I had to place a custom order for the next day not knowing anything about this place. They were SO accommodating and responsive (as if I was their only customer). I sent them a pic for reference and they did an even better job that I expected. Delivered on time, in perfect condition and tasted delicious (so I'm told)! The recipients were so impressed as am I and Kai was a pleasure to work with. 5 STARS!

The cookies and the ordering experience is WOW awesome! I can't wait to order again from Kai and the Cookies by Design team. I ordered custom cookies, and Kai made suggestions to improve the designs. The cookies were hand-decorated and exactly what I wanted, beautifully packaged, and delicious. Guests at our event were blown away.
