What Dave likes about Lied Lodge Conference Center:
In the middle of nowhere which is the appeal. Highway almost all the way. Very chill atmosphere. Higher prices this is more classy than cheap for sure. Kid friendly with tree adventure area to wear out the kids. Loop around property for walking/hiking and near a state park. Rooms were cute with a nice view of trees and property. Rather than book our room online, I called the Lodge to speak with a reservation specialist about our stay. Both my mother and I have mobility difficulties, so I specifically requested our room be the closest possible to the front desk. I was promised it would be. I even asked about it 3 or 4 times during the conversation, and each time, I was assured that is what we would have. At check-in, that promise was not hono... View all feedback.
