It was a delightful culinary experience—by far the best-tasting burger I’ve ever had, and the chips were incredible too! I can't wait to return and try more items from the menu. I highly recommend Ten21; the staff is excellent, truly helpful and polite, going above and beyond to assist. A warm welcome awaits you in the heart of Neath. Thank you!

I never write reviews for anything but the food was so terrible, so watery I felt I had to leave a review. Staff were lovely and were happy to redund money for 4 attempted flat cokes. The both different burgers me and my partner had were so watery and chips were disgusting. Really disappointed because the bistro looks lovely. We ended up with warm tap water also no ice.
