This Dunkin' Donuts location is spacious with a large staff of hardworking and friendly employees. The line can get overwhelming during peak times, but the location isn't ideal as it's right by a busy road. It's best to approach the drive-thru from the same side it's on to avoid crossing heavy traffic. Despite the inconvenience, customers are rewarded with great coffee and pleasant service.
The young staff at this restaurant are always exceptionally courteous. I make it a habit to visit every Friday after work. I’ve never had any problems at this diner. The coffee is always fresh and tasty.
I have never encountered a mistake with my drink at this restaurant! The Dunkin' Donuts near my home occasionally makes errors (which is totally understandable, and they always do a great job of correcting them), but this restaurant has never once gotten my order wrong. Today, they served me the most gorgeous pumpkin cream cold brew topped with cinnamon, and it truly brightened my day, which has been quite difficult.
