Dunkin' - NAZARETH

One of the most confusing Dunkin's in the area. My mom has lost so much money from this place because of their horrible service and uses of the app. They regularly don't accept mobile orders, and when they do, they remove half the menu so you can't orderpractically anything. Half the time they claim they don't have an espresso machine, or say they're out of basically everyingredient in the drink you ordered. Last time I wanted to pick up inside from a mobile order, the door was locked. The drivethrough line was so chaotic and backed up into the street that I never got my order and wasted my money. For the love of Godjust skip this place and go to the nearest Wawa. It'll save you time and money.

I'm so excited for wawa to come. I had some lady who didn't speak English wave the coffee with the ice chattering in the cup at me. The bagel looks like it was set on fire. When you are charging 5 dollars for a bagel with cream cheese it better be the bestbagel in the area. Not one you pulled out of a trash can and set on fire.

Recently, this restaurant has deteriorated significantly. In the past, there may have been a longer wait, but the staff were always friendly and got the orders correct, making it worth it. However, in recent months, every time my family and I have visited, the orders have been completely wrong, the main employee working is extremely rude, and the food tastes bad. I would advise against wasting your money here.

The young employees at this restaurant are always incredibly polite. I make it a point to stop here every Friday after work. I have never experienced any issues at this diner. The coffee is consistently fresh and delicious.

I have never experienced a mistake with my drink at this restaurant! The Dunkin' Donuts near my house sometimes makes mistakes (which is always forgivable, and they are always great at fixing it), but this restaurant has never once made a mistake with my order. Today, they handed me the most beautiful pumpkin cream cold brew with cinnamon on top, and it is really brightening up such a terrible day.
